Hi there,

I'm working on getting some heroes of newerth action on www.livestream.com/lvlup (http://www.livestream.com/lvlup) - We want to beat our record of 2k viewers during the Dreamhack LAN Finals! We're powered by their premium service and thus able to stream as close to HD as we possibly can before our viewers hit the warp factor (around 1Mb), and now are just awaiting interested commentators to get in contact with us(me). I've been speaking to the team i play for in another game (quakelive), and we may feature some of our HoN players in future commentary (TLR), however ideally i'd like to find somebody dedicated to the cause.

We currently provide high level coverage for Quake Live, Team Fortress 2 & Counter Strike: Source.

All i ask is that if you're interested, you play the game yourself at a good level (we're all div1 or equivelant levels in our respective games, so i guess 1800+ PSR before full release!?), speak fluent English, and that you're over 18. I welcome teams/parties of people who want to do it together, and preferably the chosen candidate(s) will be able to also provide the video (i can provide you with all the requirements if you contact me, however in effect.. it's a multi-core CPU, 1.3Mb upload and a monitor!). I don't limit commentary to 1-2 people, you can have 4 if you want (if you can avoid talking on top of eachother, i understand it takes practice).

So far we have had one interested application thanks to the topic in #hon.uk (qnet), and we are looking to get that person set up in late June/early July once he gets through with his studies. YOU get to stream what YOU want, providing the stream is free at said time.

If you have any other questions, queries or proposals - just direct them towards me.

Thanks :)

So this "Level Up" is not the same as Alex Valle's SF4 Level Up?

a good idea, i think eitherway it would be a boost for hon community, and a chance for someone to get more involved

Hehe nope, we we're established for around 1-2 months when they came along (October-November 2009), they released a few videos on youtube around 3 weeks after our conception (i love what they do by the way). There's another team that renamed to Level Up TV from GamesTV around 1 month ago too. I guess Level Up is quite a generic name :)

Thanks for the comments guys

Good luck with the expansion to HoN.

All sorts of /facepalm. Valle's LevelUp has been huge for the SSF4 community. Really, vastly important. Don't knock it.

Props to these guys moving into HoN though! Glad to have more coverage by guys with experience in other games.

Thank God this is not levelupgames.com.br moving all the brazilians to a non-ending hole.
