I'm looking for two more players to join our competitive team. We all come from a competitive DotA background and have been working on making the transition to what will be the competitive HoN scene. We try to scrim as much as possible however it's currently fairly difficult to find scrims and will just do in houses or high rank games when we can't find a team to play against.

HoN Achievements:
-Semi-Finalist in Gamereplays 1st HoN Tourney (http://www.gamereplays.org/heroesofnewerth/portals.php?show=news&news_id=532608).

What we're looking for in a player:
-PSR Ranking 1700+. I know PSR != skill but I believe that any good player should be able to maintain atleast a 1700 PSR level.
-Versatile play style. I'm looking for players that know how to play all heroes and won't be asking me "what should I get on this guy"?
-LACK OF EGO. I don't care how e-cool you are or what your ranking was in DxD I don't want someone who is going to mic rage everytime he dies or refuse to listen to my direction. If you're on my team you listen to other players and leave your ego at the door.
-Activity. We play a lot and would like our players to be able to play atleast 4 days/nights a week. Obviously we understand that people have lives but you have to play a fair amount to remain at the cutting edge of a game.
-Stable internet. Please only apply if you have a stable internet and do not disconnect or lag all the time.
-Live in North America. We're only looking for Canadian or US players please!

2. Even if you overlook that, the time I can play is very irregular and varies week to week, and I have exams soon
3. I live in NZ (Though I do get good pings to US games - no lag or delay).

Was looking into this, but ill check it out again once im actually better, i have something to say though, the PSR having to be 1700+ isnt that good, a very skilled player can get stuck with a terrible team and be having trouble reaching that.
I always seem to get thrown into a bad team, or when the opposing team picks.. Scout, Arachna, Magmus - the list goes on ?
