Freeze:
The attacks / skills of Boreas slowly freeze the blood in his opponents veins, dealing damage + slowing movement / attack speed. When the enemy moves, the debuff gets removed slowly.
- Deals 1*stack damage / second
- slows enemy attack and movement speed by 1%/stack
- maximum of 50 stacks
- every 100 distance travelled removes 1 stack
- when farer then 700 distance away from Boreas, removes one stack every 50 distance and every 2 seconds

1.Deepfreeze:
Freezes the opponent, stunning him and dealing damage.
Deals 50/100/150/200 damage + 2/3/4/5 damage per charge and stuns him for 0.5/0.75/1/1.25 seconds + 0.04 seconds per charge
(Maximum 100/200/300/400 damage +1/2/3/4 seconds stun). This consumes the freeze charges.
4 second stun + 400 damage nuke seems to be imba, but you need 50 charges for the 4 seconds stun. It also consumes the charges so instead of taking 50 damage / second and being slowed by 50% and having attack speed recuced by 50% he gets stunned and takes 400 damage.
2.Icy touch (no picture yet)
Every attack has a 50/100/100/100% chance to add 1/1/2/3 charges of freeze.
3.Frozen

Boreas unleashes the icy wind of the north, freezing the air around him, creating a field of ice. It has a radius of 200/300/400/500 units and add every second 1/1/2/2 charges to every enemy on it. It also slows every unit except Boreas by 20%. If enemies travel further then 100 units, they have got a chance of 10/10/15/20% to fall down. This will stun them for 0.5 seconds.
The field of ice lasts 8 seconds.
3.Icy fortification

Boreas absorbs the ice around him, reducing damage taken by him or his allies in a 500 radius by 0.1/0.2/0.3% per absorbed stack from enemies in a radius of 600. Maximum reduce of 30/40/50%. The freeze stacks of the enemies will be removed in this process.
This are the spells i thought would fit him. All of them are icy and work with his freeze charges. But i dont like the ulti and his first spell yet, they are kinda lame. I hope you can help me and suggest some really awesome things.
