Honcast laggfest

well at least for me, i know many people probably have addressed this issue, i was just wondering is there someway to even make the stream lesser? like it went from the RTMP thingy to progressive, is there anything else below? i know the quality wont be as perfect its just these videos are so dam entertaining, and shocking to me they even have commentary games like this caz i learn alot, but when there is a lagg every 5 minutes, that lasts for a good 5 minutes, it irrritates like HELL HAHAHHA, so any tips? i usually close down everything opened, facebook...myspace...aim...anything that may cause lagg, but i still sometimes get that lagg, do i have to update some player or what??

It's really the internet connection, for a while I was lagging too on the RTMP player but after a while I guess my roommate stopped downloading things, I could also watch it. So a good wireless connection is possible. I am also able to skip around now on the player, not sure if that was the case in the past. I heard that people say the progressive player is good and allows for buffering for slower connections. When I couldn't watch honcast I was watching another site vods, like game something, they have insane rabbi as the caster and he's pretty good in casting hon, better than many others besides breaky.
