Story:(Legion character)
Before the great wars of Newerth, the legion of man had created a mechanical unit loaded with artificial intelligence, this creation was never brought to the battlefield and stood forgotten in one of the legion's many ancient strongholds, recently rediscovered by the new legion, it's mind core has been awoken and is ready and willing to serve.
Looks a bit like a human, but has a head which floats a few inches above it's neck, which is more of a single red eye than a head, painted a rusty brown colour.

Melee regular attacks in the form of a punch.
Abilities

Gatling cannon.
Omega powers up his arm mounted cannon to unleash a furious hail of bullets onto his enemies.
(again, i have range issues, need to fix this)
Manacost:90/130/160/190 per rank.
Cooldown:20 seconds
Damage:100/120/150/190 per rank.

Static charge.
Omega overloads his reserve battery to heal himself slightly, any allies in range will gain static charge buff, whilst any enemies will gain static shock debuff(i know it sounds a little like electrician, but bear with me here)
Manacost:60/90/130/170.
Heals:80/140/180/240 per rank.
Cooldown:60 seconds.
Allies(except Omega) within 200 area will gain a buff which lasts for 10/15/20/25 seconds, which increases their melee damage by 20/30/40/50 per rank for the amount of time listed above.
Enemies within 200 area will gain a debuff which lasts for 7/10/12/15 seconds, which decreases their armour by -1/-2/-3/-4 per rank for the amount of time listed above.

Omega readies his other arm and smashes the ground directly surrounding him, any enemies within this area are stunned momentarily and recieve damage
Manacost:70/120/150/190 per rank
cooldown: 26 secs
damage: 30/50/70/90 per rank.
Stuns for .7/1.2/1.5/2.0 seconds per rank
enemies within 200/300 area are affected (changing this maybe)

Satellite beam. Ulti
Omega calls upon a primitive satellite to fire a devastating laser down onto his enemies. during the calibration of this satellite, Omega is extremely vulnerable to attack.
Manacost: 150/250/350 per rank
Damage 350/650/950
duration: takes 4 seconds to cast, during which time Omega enters calibration mode, which gives him reduced armour and adds calibration error debuff to him
Cooldown: 100 seconds.
Calibration error decreases chance to hit by 40%
if the target moves out of range during the calibration, the attack will stop.
(anyone could think of a nice suitable range?)
