Back Story
The Haemonculi are a shadowy sect hidden in the very heart of the Legion using masks to shield their identity they perform the ancient rituals in the worship of pain every grunt of suffering every scream of agony sustains them. It is through this vile knowledge that the legion came to their leader Monos, offering them the position of inquisitors for the Hellbourne. Some now openly work for the legion embracing the opportunity after a lifetime of hiding who they truely were while other remain hidden waiting for their special set of skills to be called upon. Monos has seen the rewards from his experiments and studies his once old and frail body has been rejuvenated and it is rumoured he has lost his humanity completly and ascended to something far greater.
Abilities
Unwavering poison
A trademark of the Haemonculi this poison injected via a dart stay in the system it effects the target only when it rests, it was originally used to induce madness through sleep deprevation it is now used in combat to assure the death of a fatigued target.
(Only does damage to a target that is stationairy)
Mana cost; 55/75/95/115
Cooldown; 30/25/20/15
Damage per second; 20/40/60/60
Duration; 4/5/6/7 seconds
Stim Pack
Having taken on the role of frontline medics the Heamoculi have turned to some of their unsuccesful poisons which have useful medicinal effects.
Using the same apparatus that fires the Unwavering poison they fire an dart with a mix of system altering drugs. These have also been conveniently altered to induce the opposite effects in enemies.
Mana cost; 65/90/115/130
Cooldown; 35/30/25/20
Duration; 5/5/8/8
Friendly Effects; 10% attack speed 7.5% Move Speed/ 15% attack speed 10% Move Speed/ 15% attack speed 12.5% Move/ 20% attacks speed 15% Move speed.
When shot at an enemy with the Unwavering Poison debuff; Slows movements speed by 100% for 1/2/2/3 seconds.
It's a Fine Art
Haemonculi have a unexplainable ability to siphon some of the life from those they practice their arts on.
Self only Aura
Effect; Everytime you kill a unit you regain 1% 2% 2% 3% of your maximum health and mana.
Everytime you kill a hero you regain 10% 15% 15% 20% of your maximum health and mana.
The Kiss of Death (Ultimate)
There is a sacred dutie of the heamenculi those who deserve their death and are not of further use to torture are given the Kiss of Death. It is a a heavily coiled wire that once shot into the victims unwinds shredding the internal organs and sending shock throughout the body. This Weapon can be shot from very long range.
Mana Cost; 175/300/450
Damage; Deals 0.4 for every piece of health missing/ Deals 0.6/ Deals 0.8.
Cooldown; 90/75/60
So yeah I think it's a good idea but I'm totally unsure how the damage etc would work out in a real game im sure with some tinkering he could work well. All critiscism and suggestions welcomed after all this is only a first draught.
