Back Story

The Haemonculi are a shadowy sect hidden in the very heart of the Legion using masks to shield their identity they perform the ancient rituals in the worship of pain every grunt of suffering every scream of agony sustains them. It is through this vile knowledge that the legion came to their leader Monos, offering them the position of inquisitors for the Hellbourne. Some now openly work for the legion embracing the opportunity after a lifetime of hiding who they truely were while other remain hidden waiting for their special set of skills to be called upon. Monos has seen the rewards from his experiments and studies his once old and frail body has been rejuvenated and it is rumoured he has lost his humanity completly and ascended to something far greater.

Abilities

Unwavering poison

A trademark of the Haemonculi this poison injected via a dart stay in the system it effects the target only when it rests, it was originally used to induce madness through sleep deprevation it is now used in combat to assure the death of a fatigued target.
(Only does damage to a target that is stationairy)

Mana cost; 55/75/95/115

Cooldown; 30/25/20/15

Damage per second; 20/40/60/60

Duration; 4/5/6/7 seconds


Stim Pack

Having taken on the role of frontline medics the Heamoculi have turned to some of their unsuccesful poisons which have useful medicinal effects.
Using the same apparatus that fires the Unwavering poison they fire an dart with a mix of system altering drugs. These have also been conveniently altered to induce the opposite effects in enemies.

Mana cost; 65/90/115/130

Cooldown; 35/30/25/20

Duration; 5/5/8/8

Friendly Effects; 10% attack speed 7.5% Move Speed/ 15% attack speed 10% Move Speed/ 15% attack speed 12.5% Move/ 20% attacks speed 15% Move speed.

When shot at an enemy with the Unwavering Poison debuff; Slows movements speed by 100% for 1/2/2/3 seconds.


It's a Fine Art
Haemonculi have a unexplainable ability to siphon some of the life from those they practice their arts on.

Self only Aura

Effect; Everytime you kill a unit you regain 1% 2% 2% 3% of your maximum health and mana.

Everytime you kill a hero you regain 10% 15% 15% 20% of your maximum health and mana.


The Kiss of Death (Ultimate)
There is a sacred dutie of the heamenculi those who deserve their death and are not of further use to torture are given the Kiss of Death. It is a a heavily coiled wire that once shot into the victims unwinds shredding the internal organs and sending shock throughout the body. This Weapon can be shot from very long range.

Mana Cost; 175/300/450

Damage; Deals 0.4 for every piece of health missing/ Deals 0.6/ Deals 0.8.

Cooldown; 90/75/60


So yeah I think it's a good idea but I'm totally unsure how the damage etc would work out in a real game im sure with some tinkering he could work well. All critiscism and suggestions welcomed after all this is only a first draught.

Very nice, man. Although I think the damage might be a TINY bit too much on the Unwavering Poison, but then again, they could just move. It'd definitely be a nice combo with Blood's ult. Although, from what I can see, it seems like it's a mix of Necrolyte skills, and possibly new skills? Definitely interesting...

The first skill sounds absolutely useless unless you are playing with a hero that completely stops the opponent (Or against retards), and even then at max rank, its only 420 damage over 7 seconds to a single target, and that is assuming he is perma cc'd for the whole duration, which means he would have died very much likely anyways (Or if he didn't, you are hitting the wrong target -.-). Mostly it will do max 135 damage (hero ress)to an enemy and thats assuming max ranks of both skills #1 and #2.

Stimpack duration/cooldown/mana cost in comparison to effect is just ridiculous. 130 mana for 15% snare/haste for 8 seconds? With a 20 second cooldown? Compare to Blacksmith buff which gives 50% AS and 15% MS for 30 seconds with 5 second cooldown at max lvl ulti. Its seriously lacking ANY real usability.

The two other abilities just feel like they are "sticked in there" with no real reason.

Cant say Im a fan of it.

Yeah I understand where your coming from, in my defence the idea behind the poison is to be used with a stun aswell as that he has his own slow to throw on at the end so it does an ok amount of damage and when the poison wears off you still have the slow. With your slow and a stun you should get full duration of the poison and the passive is to fuel his ulti and the buff which is low enough cooldown.

He really is intended to be a support hero atleast till level 6 where he gets an ulti similiar to necrolyte's but with a better range lower cd but less damage.
With his buff used to help ruining and ganking also.

But your saying the other skills dont fit any other alternatives?

Was my first attempt at a hero anyway wont be my last.

Well, I think where Netukka is coming from is, it's definitely good in theory, but without someone ELSE to help you stun, it just doesn't do as much....Maybe have it do some instant damage, and lower the DoT, so it's not so dependent on a stun to be effective? The slow isn't half bad...The other 2 are okay, I suppose.

might be useful with a elect and stunner combo but 7 seconds would rarely happen and if you stun someeone for 7 seconds they are generally dead anyways.

What about the name... I dont like it too much monos is like I dont know... very soft for my taste. but thats just me. now lets see the character.

Well, I really like this hero, with proper equipment it can be just devastating, i can imagine it with the hammer that gives bash and the stone wich gives hiper speed (45%) wich can make almost a perma-bash, maybe if you change the way that you can do the skill that gives dot for being inmovil, and change it for doing dot according to the distance ( lower distance more dot, and so on) maybe you can have a very high powered hero... and if you have more heroes that help you stuning or slowering the movement that can ve absolutly devastating, in fact I think that you need to nerf it a litle bit, because with the proper equipment and 1 chrono, blood hunter or any other slowering hero on your side? you can even kill from lvl 1, wich is very overpowered. well i really like it this way, I recomend you to make it Agility based hero, and the ulti has to be HIGH mana cost, so you dont use it any time you want, about 250 mana with a 120 cooldown or so.
