Chrono's Ulti

Allow Barbed Armor to be activated while being frozen by chronos. This is a delightful way to balance chronos. Think he's OP? get a blademail. Will it help? only if he attacks you and doesn't stop.

Chronos isn't actually as OP as people think he is, at least not since his nerf. He's just annoying cuz he rewinds everything, i swear to god the percentage that thing procs is broken sometimes. I've seen him rewind almost every hit from defilers spirits when she ults.

But I do not support this idea because it wouldn't make sense to allow just this one item to be activated in his ult. You'd have to allow other items as well and that could just ruin chronos as a carry and make him under powered, just annoying. Just sheep stick and storm spirit him.

I vote no but you need to make a poll.

Sorry but I don't like the idea of making one item an exception to the rule. I'm open to other ways to take care of his ult.
