Simple. Also out of boredom. Replaces the new picking announcements ("all pick", "banning draft", etc) with the classic "CHOOSE WISELY" which I personally missed. I'm sure I wasn't alone. Just tossing it up. Have fun!

if you modify the xml to remove the "appverson" line and then apply it, the mod works (at least in practice mode)
