Stats:
+300 mana
+16 Intelligence
+10 Strenght
+10 Agility
+15 damage
+15 Attack Speed
+100% Mana Regeneration
Passive:
Increase all magic damage done by spells by 5% of the hero's Mana
This item will help some Int Heroes late game.Much like behemoth heart for agility heroes , it will make their life easier.
Small example - If you have 500 mana you will deal 25 extra damage with spells , 1000 mana --> +50 and so on.

Too powerful in my opinion.
5% would probably be a better number, but I can still see this being pretty powerful.

well it adds around 500-600 mana in total + heroes already have around 1k mana when they can afford the item , thats extra 150 dmg for magic , well yeah its a bit too powerfull i change it to 5%.Still the use of it to extend INT hero lifetime when game goes on for a longer period than normaly.

Ok what about thunderbringer and his chain? Would that increase it only on the first hit or the whole chain? Same goes for plague rider? Something to think about. Then what about tormented soul and his ulti or slither with his ulti? Demented shamans heal? etc....
Late game intel heroes with a bloodstone and this item will get close to 2000 mana. So they will get a good boost. The concept is not bad as it is another possible SotM for normal skills.
One hero would be glad with this though -> ARMADON. Spam goo and thorns and kill kill kill :)

expensive, but it has all the right stats and a slight dmg boost for those who use many spells as dmg, they sometimes have problems scaling when everyone has 2k+ hp

Dmg increase shoud by in % not as a static number. Like, increase dmh by spells by 0,02% per mana point. 1000 mana - 20% more dmg.

0,02 a bit much? 20% of Witch's ulti would boost the damage from 850 to 1020 wich is basically like SoTM. Would this item stack with SoTM?

this item is purely for magic dmg increase , so heroes with phys dmg spamable skills like armadon or panda wouldn't benefit from it. And % increase would be a bit OP'ed.

No its not. This item is fine if you check high dmg spells like pyros ulti or ws. But if you think about tb spamming chains and nukes with insane dmg boost you will get how retarded current static dmg increase is.

Interesting item
Late game lvl 25 thunderbringer with sacstone and some other mana item would at most have 2000 mana. +100 damage per nuke doesn't seem too op considering thunder's lightning rod already deals +200 damage on most tanky heroes wthout magic armor.

maybe LATE LATE LATE GAME it can be strong when hero have 2000-2500 mana
maybe add to the item another skill active skill when you put it on a enemy hero he gets
damage for 15% of your max mana with the passive 20% then the item will be worth

right now if i want extra damage from skills i will buy dagon 800 damage 20 sec cd
